This position requires someone with at least 3-5 years of experience with IDEA and/or Section 504 compliance. This position will be directly responsible for development and implementation of policies and procedures related to ESE, Section 504 and disciplinary practices. Additionally, this person should have some experience with dispute resolution in the educational setting.
