POSITION: Visual Arts Club (VAC) - Head Sponsor
LENGTH: 2021-2022 School Year
SALARY: Per the negotiated agreement
REQUIREMENTS: Professional Educator License (PEL) as required by the State of IL
DESCRIPTION:The Visual Arts Club is open to all students interested in art. Enrollment in an art course in not a requirement for membership.
The club has weekly art labs designed to provide opportunities for students to enjoy and learn about the arts, gain exposure to traditional and cutting edge techniques,
and to apply their skills on club activities or class projects. Students will exchange ideas and share creative perspectives with fellow club members. Students will explore and
learn about online art resources. Technique specific workshops may be scheduled as necessary to student interest. The Visual Arts Club sponsor collaborates with the Fine Arts Department Faculty
and the Art Exhibition Coordinator as needed to facilitate artwork for exhibitions.
