Qualifications/Certifications:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Perform focused administrative duties involved with employment processes, personnel documentation, and administration of human resource systems. May provide high level human resources support functions or may specialize in areas such as Staffing, Recruiting, Drug Screen Coordination, On-boarding, HRIS Reporting, or other human resource areas of knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High school diploma or equivalent required, AA/AS preferred
2. Three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in an office environment.
3. Human Resources related experience preferred. School-based personnel processing experience beneficial.
4. Demonstrated computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheet maintenance. Experience updating web-based applications and document library maintenance preferred.
