The Inside & Field Sales Marketing Manager, Central is responsible for supporting the sales team in the Southwest and Inside Sales region , providing the messaging, marketing collateral, sales materials, and events management needed to achieve the team's sales revenue targets.

The person in this position will identify ways to meet the needs of all key partners (teachers, administrators and students) and become proficient in all products as a point person for customers. The Inside & Field Sales Marketing Manager will acquire expertise in K-12 purchasing cycles as they relate to school district, Title I, and other Federal funding guidelines.

Responsibilities of the Inside & Field Sales Marketing Manager :
  • Coordinate the execution and positioning of sales support deliverables, including regional sales collateral, local marketing campaigns, and other special projects directly supporting the southwest region
  • Analyze each region to assess needs/gaps and develop materials to fill in the gaps and proactively support the sales force.
  • Keep abreast of regional nuances, requirements, and developments, included but not limited to adoptions, RFPs, and policy changes.
  • Build and develop a positive relationship with the sales team across the southwest; maintain frequent communication to determine needs and most appropriate use of resources.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to customize national marketing materials, as well as provide ongoing input from the field.
  • Facilitate responses to district questions and rubric completion.

Basic Qualifications of the Inside & Field Sales Marketing Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of professional experience in sales and marketing or related field
  • Experience in copywriting, design, production, direct mail, and digital marketing
  • Intermediate digital literacy and experience with MS Office, Adobe, and Excel programs
  • Excellent project management skills with deep experience and success prioritizing complex projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and successfully execute campaigns that drive sales
  • Experience effectively troubleshooting complex problems
