---Must hold NYS Teaching certification Literacy, Special Education (dual certification preferred), English and/or Elementary Education
---Must have at least three years of full time teaching experience
---Knowledge of best practices and instructional approach for reading and writing, benchmark assessments, making data informed decisions, ability to implement tiered interventions and SEL practices
---Delivery of professional development, instructional coaching, modeling and supporting classroom lesson delivery required
---Ability to coach and support behavior management and MTSS models
