The Manager of Bids and Adoptions supports the Bids & Proposals team by supporting the Adoptions Director in reviewing Adoption requests and creating successful adoption bids; managing the creation of compliant, responsive pricing for RFP bids; and overseeing the accurate, clear implementation of this pricing in our business systems in collaboration with Deal Desk.

Responsibilities of the Manager, Bids and Adoptions:
  • Review and summarize adoption request documents to share pertinent information with the wider team
  • Utilizes business systems to access standard pricing and coordinate with Deal Desk, Bids, Product, and Sales teams for special pricing in the context of RFPs and Adoptions
  • Leads the completion of RFP and Adoption pricing forms so that they are compliant and responsive, as well as other forms as needed
  • Represents the Adoptions team in internal check in meetings to support the completion of a successful bid when required
  • Leads the process with the Business Systems and Product teams to integrate accurate and clear bid pricing into Amplify's quoting and operations systems
  • Support the Sales Enablement and Marketing teams in creating documentation for adoption pricing as needed
  • Assists the Deal Desk with approvals process, managing a pipeline of price quotes that relate to adoptions and require approvals in Salesforce
  • Assists with the delivery process for bids and adoptions, focusing on Adoptions


Basic Qualifications of the Manager, Bids and Adoptions:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 4+ years' work experience in a professional work environment
  • Problem solving skills and detail orientation
  • Experience editing and assembling text documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Gmail, Gdocs, etc.)


Preferred Qualifications of the Manager, Bids and Adoptions:
  • Project management or other supervisory experience
  • Interest in K-12 education
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM/data management systems and/or work in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Self-directed and motivated; able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
