Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a compliance analyst. This position will report directly to the manager of credentialing and will be responsible for a range of specialized compliance-related activities including, data collection operations, data analysis, record-keeping, and various reporting and audit functions.

Your Role

  • Use analytical skills to research, compile, and generate necessary reports for compliance with Authorizer, state, and federal reporting requirements.
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for controlling risk exposure and compliance related to various policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Research and interpret contracts, guidelines, policies, laws, and rules related to applicable laws.
  • Prepare for audits, dispute findings, and proactively identify and resolve non-compliance.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, such as paper work collection, accurate completion of forms, and data entry.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Attentive to detail
  • Ability to automate routines to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Capability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team or independently
  • Demonstrable work ethic
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
