Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• At least (5) five years' experience in school food service operations with supervisory experience.
• Serv Safe Certification required.

Practical Qualifications:

• Ability to work with food service employees in a leadership position in order to manage a successful stadium operation.
• Ability to support the stadium stands in the area of production, sales and sanitation while meeting all state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to facilitate training while delivering quality customer service.
