Salary Range: $67,584 - $96,722

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

• Knowledge and experience with critical BCPS databases and technology, including but not limited to Hyperion, BASIS, Data Warehouse, OptiSpool, Virtual Counselor, Pinnacle, FileMaker Pro, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SPSS, and TERMS.Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research using multiple data sources to provide user-friendly reports and visual tools in a timely manner in order for staff to analyze results and make data-driven decisions related to the BCPS Strategic Plan.Knowledge of K-12 school counseling content areas, such as academic advisement, college and career readiness, social/emotional learning, mindfulness, mental health, and enrollment/withdrawal; as well as related data systems (e.g., National Student Clearinghouse)Demonstrated ability to work within a highly demanding work environment that requires critical thinking, independent performance, comfort with changing project requirements, and regular collaboration with a variety staff members across multiple departments.Presentation skills to effectively communicate research results to a variety of stakeholder audiences.
