Salary Range: $62,978 - $90,180

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

• Be able to identify any deviation from established procedures and program requirements that may have a serious impact on the quality of the programBe able to recommend corrective actions and monitor necessary changesWilling to work weekends and evenings to provide training to supervisors, vendors, and other after school staffPerform and promote all activities in compliance with equal employment opportunities, non-discrimination and ADA compliance requirements of Broward County Public SchoolsWilling to participate and attend training programs offered to increase your knowledge, skills, and proficiency related to Before & After School Child Care programsPerform other duties, goals, and objectives of this position, as assigned by the Director of Before & After School Child Care, or designee.
