Description:

The Implementation Project Management team within Customer Operations is tasked with guiding all new and returning Amplify customers through their on-boarding or renewal processes. As our customers' primary point of contact post-sale, the Implementation Project Manager (IPM) has the unique opportunity to set and exceed customer expectations around their experience with Amplify.

The Implementation Project Manager is customer facing and tech-savvy. Amplify IPMs have a "can-do" attitude, detail oriented, embrace change, enjoy a fast-paced working environment and have a keen sense of urgency. The IPM is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of the customer on-boarding experience and works to keep the projects on time, on budget, while maintaining excellent responsiveness and proactivity in identifying possible risks to both the customer and our company.

As a Lead Implementation Project Manager, you thrive when wearing many hats: project manager, coordinator, team facilitator, and our customers' main point of contact for strategic accounts. Additionally you will direct day-to-day activities for the IPMs working with customers in your region. You will report to the Manager, Implementation Project Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day activities of IPMs in your assigned region. Including prioritization, project assignment, issue resolution, and risk mitigation
  • Utilize and manage the execution of project plans while maintaining day-to-day knowledge of the implementation project status for strategic accounts in your region
  • Develop and nurture relationships with sales team members and leadership in your assigned region. Position yourself as their first path of escalation for issues or risks
  • Proactively identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and document best practices for IPMs in your region
  • Responsible for the successful on-boarding experience for customers of all Amplify product lines in your region
  • Lead daily scrum with IPMs in your region
  • Work with Amplify staff and district/school personnel to define project priorities, and success criteria and effectively manage priorities to ensure onboarding and launch success
  • Determine order and priority of issues; alert appropriate contacts, provide immediate feedback to district/school personnel and Amplify staff and follow up to ensure proper action was taken
  • Assist Manager, Implementation Project Management in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or education
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience directing project team activities in a matrix reporting structure
  • Strong written, oral and presentation skills (for both internal and customer-facing meetings)
  • 2-5 years implementation or project management experience
  • Self-motivated in remote working environment
  • Solution oriented
  • Proactive, responsive, and ability to quickly respond to risks and issues
  • Attention to detail when dealing with a high volume of work

  • Salesforce experience
  • Management experience
