Lake Forest Elementary School District 67 is seeking a Part-time (.6) 7-8 Middle School Math Specialist for a Leave of Absence for the 2021-22 school year.
Description: The Math Specialist demonstrates an understanding of current best practice in mathematics, and significant experience with Algebra. The math specialist is responsible for developing and delivering interventions to students in grades 7-8; students are eager to work with the math specialist. The math specialist also supports and co-teaches with colleagues within the building, strengthening their skills to instruct, assess, and differentiate to help all students grow and achieve. The Math Specialist plans, communicates, and collaborates effectively with all staff and students.
