- Establishes work plans and resourcing for project activities, iterations or phases, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Manages all contracting and procurement required to support assigned projects and initiatives, including but not limited to: Engage360
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and Executive Director to identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, required activities and tasks for all assigned projects.
- Design, manage, and implement a system for virtual private lessons program that is equitably accessible to students from across the district.
- Design, manage, and implement systematic collection and analysis of centralized data for all Academic Enrichment & Support programs associated with Engage360 including, but not limited to: program utilization, equitable access, and instructional impact.
- Design, manage, and direct district-wide enrichment focused events designed to meet the needs of assigned projects including, but not limited to: Engage360.
- Develop and implement project communication plans.
- Perform project risk management and implement mitigation plans.
- Monitor and control project activities, ensuring the currency, quality and integrity of the information.
- Ensure that project goals are accomplished and aligned with business objectives.
- Provides leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
- Design, prepare and deliver oral and written project status reports.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and vendor representatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Assist with the budget preparation, maintain budget status to meet department guidelines and goals.
- Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Mid-management certification preferred.
- Seven years experience in a directly related field; central office support experience preferred.
- Demonstrated administrative ability to manage personnel, projects, and resources.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace including, but not limited to: Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage complex projects and meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse staff and community.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required to achieve the goals of the position.
- Demonstrated strength with problem solving and organizational skills, both orally and in writing.
- Must have own transportation.
