Site Coordinator Rutland High School

The EPIC Program at Rutland High School is looking for a new Site Coordinator to attract and build creative and engaging programs to support students, and to encourage exploration, learning, and development of transferrable skills. The successful candidate must have a vision for implementing engaging summer and afterschool programming that connects with school based initiatives. Strong leadership and collaboration skills are a must.

The Site Coordinator's responsibilities include: manage daily operation of afterschool and summer programs; create supportive learning environments; supervise/recruit staff; maintain grant compliance; promote programs and build community connections. Ideal candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree with current Vermont Teacher Certification and experience working with youth in a public school or other setting that meets VAE/School standards.

Anticipated Schedule: The afterschool program follows the school calendar (~ 15-20 hours per week). The summer program runs for four to six weeks (~ 40 hours per week).

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

All candidates must meet CDD, VAE and local qualifications. All candidates must pass fingerprint and background checks.
