About This Role...

NWEA's marketing team is seeking a detail oriented, creative, and impact focused Field Marketing Coordinator to assist in supporting and executing on field marketing deliverables. This role will also support Field Marketing in regional sponsorship and event execution in collaboration with our events team. This person is well organized, has strong project management skills, and enjoys collaborating with sales staff. This role reports to the Field Marketing Manager .

Note: This role is fully remote, qualified candidates from all time zones are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities ...

  • Coordinate with field marketing and the sales teams to execute on field marketing programs aligned to regional sales team goals and objectives.
  • Work across the marketing team to coordinate support materials and tactics for regional events, sponsorships, webinars, advertising, email, social, etc.
  • Support effective field promotions in response to time-sensitive, high-value market opportunities run by the Field Marketing team
  • Write compelling copy for personalized promotional emails to help drive prospecting and cross-selling conversations
  • Assist with Sales Operations to refine and maintain reliable event processes and sales campaign follow-up workflows
  • Support the Field Marketing team in communicating results from assigned campaigns
  • Surface sales needs and feedback to the field marketing team to help refine initiatives, messaging and materials
  • Create and establish strong partnerships with sales teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organization

  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to effectively collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills required
  • Proficiency with Windows & Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with SharePoint
  • Professional in appearance and conduct
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written/verbal) and with a high level of professionalism
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with partners and staff
  • Must be willing to lift 50 pounds at times

Education and E xperience ...

  • Bachelor's Degree required; or combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant Marketing experience preferred
