Job Description
Job Title: Grants Facilitator

Job Goal:
Under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations, the Grants Facilitator will assist in planning, coordination and monitoring of all school department grant funds.

Performance Responsibilities:

•Conducts grant-related activities in a timely manner
•Maintains all grant files
•Review of grants forecasts and databases
•Provide technical assistance on all grants - editing, data, developing budgets, ensuring completion.
•Monitor grant spending in monthly reports
•Assist in submission of financial reports and audit information
•Ensures orderly closure of projects
•Complete district wide grant evaluations
•Submit district wide grant data
•Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
