Lake Forest Public School Districts 67 and 115 is seeking a part-time (.75) Human Resources Generalist.

Description: The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range of duties to support the functions of the department. This position supports the following functional areas: talent acquisition, employment law compliance, reporting, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• BA degree preferred.Relevant experience and/or post-secondary training in human resources.Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and school-based business management information systems.Follow all Board of Education policies and Collective Bargaining Agreements.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively - written and verbal.Ability to meet deadlines.Outgoing, friendly, and customer focused.Comfortable and pleasant demeanor in very busy environments. Demonstrates leadership abilities and must be a team player. Works with speed, attention to detail, consistency, and organization. Maintain professional appearance.
