Amplify is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing team as we grow demand for our programs and process improvement. This is a learning role for someone who wants to grow in the areas of marketing technology and digital project management. This person is organized, pays attention to detail, thoroughly proficient in quick and accurate implementation with an interest (but not necessarily experienced) in data analysis. They will communicate effectively with internal teams and proactively offer ideas and lead projects to improve digital marketing tactics surrounding processes. The ideal candidate is skilled with marketing production and interested in a role with the ability to assess priorities and communicate them effectively to key partners.

Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:
  • Create emails, landing pages, and forms in our marketing automation systems using existing templates
  • Provide QA support for marketing deliverables and coordinate content for multiple campaigns deploying in a short time frame adhering to tight deadlines
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and paid publisher vendors to meet ad target dates
  • Provide support for internal teams using marketing automation, website CMS, and webinar functionality
  • Use the project management system to lead projects/campaigns efficiently
  • Support strategy and planning by monitoring and reporting on campaign progress. Use data to deliver insights to drive continuous improvement and reinvestment strategies
  • Support the development of presentations and special projects for group meetings


Basic Qualifications of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:
  • BA in English or other humanities field
  • 2+ years work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a data-based, team-centric environment
  • Proven knowledge of Adobe tools, Google suite, and Microsoft Office suite


Preferred Qualifications of the Digital Marketing Coordinator:
  • Experience with a CMS tool
  • Experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform
  • Experience with basic marketing concepts
  • Experience with publishing or education industries
  • Proficiency with project management systems
