Description of Services:
The following coordinator preparation work for the Rise Up Summer Program will be completed prior to the start of the program in July 2021:
-plan and facilitate planning meeting(s) prior to the start of the program
-coordinate the schedule for the program
-in coordination with the staff, develop the goals and objectives of the program
-update the Rise Up Program's website to assist in communication with the community
-coordinate the finances for the program
-coordinate the staffing for the program, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
-maintain communication with the upper schools about the program
-maintain communication with the Office of Student Services Department at CRLS to assist student transition
-maintain communication with the Mayor Youth Summer Employment Program (MYSEP) to meet MYSEP worksite requirements
-establish/maintain communication with parents to help the success in the program and the transition to high school
Minimum Requirements:
Masters Degree and experience working with high school students in academic support/youth development settings.
Period of Contract April 1, 2021 through June 30, 2021
Amount of Contract: Not to exceed $3,075
Payment Terms: $41 per hour
