The Collaborative's brand new 21st CCLC After School Program at Dexter Park Elementary, Orange, Ma, is seeking a Site Coordinator to run the daily operations for a new summer and after school program. Employment would begin July 1st, 2021, and the project will commence by engaging students in a summer program at the school this summer.

  • You are energeticHas experience supervising othersHas experience as an educatorYou are ready to think outside of the box to create dynamic before and after school programming.Is available to start as soon as possible.
Highlights of what you will do:
  • This Summer: will supervise a staff of 6-10 people to engage 30 students a day in the summer program.This Fall: Will work with a staff of 6-10 people to engage up to 40-45 students an afternoon Mondays through Fridays from approximately 3-5:30pm at the Elementary School.Potentially offer a before school component to a small group of students during the school year.Design homework supports specific academic content areas like ELA, math etc.Schedule exciting enrichment activities for students.Immerse yourself in the Dexter Park Elementary School community.
