Description

Role Description:

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and self-directed Marketing Automation Specialist to own marketing automation tools, campaign data tracking, and analysis to continuously improve our marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a significant role in creating campaigns, customer lists, email templates, automated drip campaigns, and customer journeys.

Additionally, you will help set the marketing technology vision, evaluate technologies, and make recommendations to Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT for systematic improvements. You will work closely with the entire marketing team to design and launch seasonal campaigns along with continuous improvements to automated marketing efforts for current, past, and prospective families. This role will also assist in analyzing marketing data (conversion rates, traffic, campaign results, A/B testing etc.) to consult on future demand generation strategies.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing automation, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or another Salesforce connected marketing automation program (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
• Experience in lead scoring, integrations, email marketing, and landing page/form setup
• Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven experience in data analysis, report building, and optimizing marketing campaigns
• Proven experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager
• Excel in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient at Excel, plus the ability to learn in-house tools quickly
• Experience with the following technology is a plus: Qualtrics, Engagement Studio, Pardot, Gravity Forms, Microsoft Power BI, Zapier
• Ideal candidates will have Pardot/Salesforce Certifications completed
