This position is a .4 position (2 classes; one Biology and one Chemistry). The potential exists to add a section of Environmental Science if a cancdidate has those qualifications.
Regina Dominican plans to be open for in-person learning, with a potential pivot to e-Learning if that is required by Covid 19. In-person teaching will require adherance to all safety precautions (including wearing a face covering at all times), E-Learning teaching will require the ability to adjust lessons and instructional methodologies to an online learning environment.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Science Education
Illinois Professional Educator License
Preferred: Experience teaching at the high school level
