*To be eligible for this position you must have the following uploaded to your application under Attachments:
1. High school graduation or other equivalent, (i.e., General Education Development (GED), foreign equivalency, etc.) plus, four (4) years of work experience in a technical support field plus, four (4) years work experience directly providing high-end support for desktop computing systems and associated vendor-supplied operation systems, enterprise applications, hardware, and peripherals, and enterprise distributed applications management related hardware components including maintenance, connectivity, configuration, and testing affecting large user populations; or,
Associate’s degree (or two (2) years of college) with a major area of study in Information Technology (IT)- related areas, such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Services, etc., experience directly providing high-end support for desktop computing systems and associated vendor-supplied operation systems, enterprise applications, hardware, and peripherals, and enterprise distributed applications management related hardware components including maintenance, connectivity, configuration, and testing affecting large user populations; or,
Bachelor’s degree with a major area of study in Information Technology (IT)-related areas, such as Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Services, etc., plus, two (2) years of work experience in a technical support field and an additional two (2) years work experience directly providing high-end support for desktop computing systems and associated vendor-supplied operation systems, enterprise applications, hardware, and peripher ls, and enterprise distributed applications management related hardware components including maintenance, connectivity, configuration, and testing affecting large user populations.
2. A minimum of one (1) year experience serving as team-lead for enterprise software system with full lifecycle tasks such as requirements analysis, evaluation, selection, testing, implementation, realization/go-live, and support and maintenance.
Licenses and Certificates :
1. A valid driver’s license that allows the applicant/employee to legally operate a motor vehicle in Nevada. License must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.
2. Copy of current driving history issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles at time of application or Qualified Selection Pool (QSP) placement and at time of interview prior to final selection.

This position is with the Replace and Repurpose unit of the User Support Services department. The responsibilities will include the complete project management of medium to large scale technology projects, interfacing with vendors and CCSD staff to relay installation, equipment configurations, and specifications
Ideal candidate will have:
1. Supervises multiple technology teams and schedules to ensure efficient completion of projects.
2. Advanced data keeping and analysis skills
3. Ability to develop and initiate large scale project communications to stakeholders
4. First hand experience with logistics management
