Salary Range: $46,956 - $56,940 annual

Essential Functions and Objectives:

Supports individuals, teams and/or departments through facilitating and regulating a series of activities and work streams. Carries out specific tasks based on established procedures, to ensure a broader set of priorities and objectives are met. Primary focus on execution of assigned tasks in a specific area of responsibility, with a non-technical scope and a high degree of customer service. Works with students, families, teachers, administrators, and members of the community to implement systems that ensure efficient and effective student support services and promote clear communications throughout the school community. Establishes and maintains student support services that fiercely defend and support the instructional time in a school setting, completing a wide-range of tasks.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

Day to day execution; provides administrative support and assists in carrying out specific activities, such as: distribution of materials, process documentation, conducting trainings, organizes and submits reports, coordinates responses, develops procedures, and maintaining records and files.

Supervise daily student breaks, arrival and dismissal and manages student discipline in collaboration with the Administrative Team.

Analyzes assessment data and produces reports, noting trends in the date for individual teachers, cohort teams, and departments and sharing data with faculty at professional development and planning sessions; supports teachers with curriculum development and use of student data to inform planning and instructional delivery.

Creates assessment schedules and ensures compliance with special education regulations and English Language Learner (ELL) regulations.

Develops partnerships to support student growth and investment.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
