Position Overview:

The successful candidate will have a vision for a successful coaching program that aligns with the core principles of Rapid City Area School District. Candidates should possess personal skills that reflect positive relations with High School students and athletes, parents, and the community. Previous coaching experience is encouraged as well as the ability to organize and prepare practice schedules, and encourage teamwork through discipline and good sportsmanship.
