SUMMARY: Persons in this job will provide tier 1 technology support to school staff and students (clients). Within the ITS department, these persons will assist Technician II and Technician III personnel as needed. Support consists of installing technology equipment and upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving technical operational problems. This position interacts with school employees and students daily to provide positive customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Starting rate of pay is $17.56 per hour plus health and dental benefits. Range 15 - ($17.56 - $25.44) - Classified Salary Schedule
