Job Description

Responsibilities include executing specific components of a speech and language service delivery program as specified in a treatment plan, under the direction and supervision of a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist.

Specific duties may include:

Providing select direct services under the direction and monitoring of the supervising SLP.

Assisting in an array of indirect instructional activities.

Working with individuals or small groups as assigned.

Following laws and regulations regarding the rights of children, adults, and family.

Following the guidelines for the scope of services as set forth by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Job Requirements Minimum qualifications include a BA or BS in Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Experience working with students with special needs.
