Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in computer science, management, business administration, or related field, supplemented by coursework in business and/or project management. Five years of progressive experience managing professional learning and training projects. Experience in teacher leadership or coaching. Knowledge of the theory, procedures, and practices of the professional development. Knowledge of standards for successful project management. Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting. Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a nontechnical manner, both orally and in writing. Ability to lead and interact with team members from different disciplines. Ability to oversee business-related contracts, if assigned.
