We are looking for a dedicated recruiter to join our HR team! If you enjoy working with people and having an opportunity to impact their employment experience, then this is the job for you! You will be responsible foridentifying current and future hiring needs, sourcing candidates through databases, social media and other viable recruiting strategies, evaluating candidate readiness through the review of qualifications (transcripts: credit hours, degree verification, review of employment history, etc.), to inform role placement decisions. You will also responsible for the conduction of pre-screening interviews, overseeing the new-hire documentation process, as well as monitoring new employees through their first 90 days and acting as their advocate.
Essential Dutiesinclude, but are not limited to:
Identify current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with department leaders to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Assesses applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Complete the new hire process and maintain new hire relationships through the first 90 days of their employment.
Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

- Develop relationships with Academy personnel, hiring managers, and Senior Management.
- Ensure consistent communication regarding candidate search and status to appropriate business partners through meetings, email, voice mail updates and reports.
- Maintain candidate data within the ATS, including entry of new job postings, candidate feedback and activity status information.
- Emphasize the importance of recruiting a diverse workforce by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
- Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes.
Process
- Source candidates through cold calling, networking, internet postings, and employee referrals.
- Conduct phone interviews and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Coordinate interviews at all phases of the recruiting process including on-site, off site, and phone interviews.
- Partner with HR Generalist on internal candidate transfers and organizational structure.
- Ensure hiring compliance with all Brightside Academy policies, state regulations, and all other regulatory agencies.
- Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generations and offer responses.

- Participate, inspire and energize Talent Acquisition team to accomplish the Brightside Academy purpose, values and business objectives.
- Maintain a positive attitude and lead by example.
- Create a positive enjoyable work environment, maintain confidentiality, encourage trust and loyalty among team, candidates, and employees.
