Salary Range: $43,646 - $52,968 annual

Essential Functions and Objectives:

Functional responsibility for assisting and coordinating the life cycle administration of a program within one or more functional areas. Supports the overall design and development of the programs operating goals, objectives and protocols. Assumes the primary role in the administration, execution, maintenance, implementation, change management, and cross-functional alignment of workstreams. Works collaboratively and cross-functionally with school leadership, staff and external partners to implement post-secondary readiness programming. Coordinates expansion of college/career model outlined in school's innovation plan.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

Builds relationships with external partners; implements and monitors memorandums of understanding with partners and stakeholders.

Oversees concurrent enrollment programming and expansion, Advanced Placement (AP) and pre-AP.

Works collaboratively to define Career & Technical Education pathways for students; identifies opportunities for growth and development.

Oversees program on-boarding process for students and parents.

Coordinates field trips, work-based learning experiences and summer opportunities.

Oversees budget for post-secondary readiness programs and concurrent enrollment.

Collects and analyzes data and trends; proactively identifies and makes recommendations to school leadership to address areas of concern.

Develops and facilitates related training and orientation for students, teachers, and staff.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree - Preferred
