  Greenwich Public Schools is seeking a variety of summer school instructors to provide
an educational atmosphere and direct instruction to students for the 2021 Summer
School session.
The teaching format will be Hybrid Instruction. Students will attend class for daily in
person learning. Students will also have the option for Remote Learning using Google
Meets.

Responsibilites :
- Prepares lesson plans that achieve clear objectives, uses appropriate techniques and serves the needs of all learners in the classroom.
- Demonstrate strong content knowledge
- Maintains accurate and complete records
- Communicate student progress with parents on student progress
- Designs instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages open communication between teacher and student
Knowledge Skills :
- This course will focus on teaching students Java Script, HTML and CSS.
- Ability to communicate with students in a hybrid instructional program
- Ability to use differentiation strategies in a hybrid instruction program
- Knowledge of curriculum and instructional best practices for online, blended learning
- Demonstrate operational knowledge of various web based programs
- Organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with others
- Successful experience with any of the following: Google Classroom, Google Meet, Screencastify, Schoology.
- Emphasis is placed on real-world understanding through a project-based learning environment.
Qualification s:
- CT Certification
- Successful experience with distance learning
