Registered Behavior Technicians for the upcoming school year!
The RBT is a partner to the assigned BCBA and classroom team to assist with implementing evidence-based programming in the areas of behavior reduction and skill acquisition. The RBT will work under the supervision of a qualified professional.
● Respectfully implement all programming provided by the educational team
● Implement student personal and intimate care plan as needed
● Implement all Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) provided by the educational team
● Implement crisis protocols, which may include physical crisis management procedures
● Maintain up-to-date crisis intervention certification
● Maintain confidentiality of all student records, information, and personal details
● Participate in daily meetings
