Position Details:
- Support program-wide delivery of core instruction in academic areas, through modeling, co-teaching, observation, and ongoing coaching alongside instructional staff
- Assists with the development and delivery of group and individualized intervention plans and core instructional strategies
- Writes and implements interventions and models specific strategies and Evidence-Based Practices for other instructional staff
- Helps in providing support and techniques to licensed staff in how to better engage and reach parents and other staff members
- An employee in this position will be eligible to serve a minimum of three (3) years, with a limit of 2 consecutive terms for a total of six (6) years in this position. The District reserves the right to extend or reduce the duration of this position.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $42,290 - $86,528 DOE and E

Requirements:
- Experience in culturally responsive teaching/coaching
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Current MN teaching license special education or Core Content Secondary Level
- Preferred: Dual license (Core + Special Ed), experience teaching math or science
