Accountabilities:

 
Manage the Marketing team business partner operating mechanisms
  • Business Partner Meetings:
    • Schedule, attend, and document all recurring meetings
    • Serve as "connective tissue" between the Marketing team and business partners including but not limited to Enrollment, Staff Hiring, Advancement, and New Region Entry teams
    • Provide same-day notes and next steps to all meeting attendees
    • Follow up on all action items
    • Maintain project status within master project plans

Steward the Marketing team image among internal and external teams to ensure clear communication is put forth and expectations are in place
  • Conduct quarterly onboardings with new employees to help them understand how the Marketing team operates and the services provided
  • Coordinate with the broader marketing and communications team following these onboardings with any outstanding questions or concerns from specific teams
  • Conduct annual surveys sent to external teams regarding Marketing team performance and satisfaction with business partners

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure appropriate analysis of digital campaign performance
  • Work closely with marketing team to assess performance of digital campaigns including student, staff, and new region campaigns
  • Conduct weekly review of data performance and inform any shifts or optimizations to make within campaign or within the user experience via the larger web and e-marketing landscape
  • Conduct and hold monthly deep dive analysis strategy calls with marketing team and key business partners

    Assist the Marketing team with any as-needed projects
  • Schedule, attend and document weekly Marketing team touchpoints
  • Coordinate with other Team MCC members to cascade important messages and needs from other teams, particularly in times of heavy marketing (pre-lottery, etc.)
  • Ensure clear communication of shifting needs with third party media agency to ensure alignment on marketing goals
  • Assist in conducting market research as needed for student, new region, or staff related initiatives to improve the future marketing and messaging related to these campaigns

    Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience: 2-3 years experience in project management required

     

    Knowledge and Skills:
    • Excel Proficiency

    • Strong organization systems
    • Familiar with digital marketing and reporting analysis
    • Responsive and customer service orientation
    • Marketing and or production experience
    • Writing

     

     

    Compensation:
    • Salaries for this role typically fall between $66,600 and $80,618, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.
