FUTURE CITIES COMPETITION AND MODEL BUILDING

Future Cities has been one of the most exciting projects at STEM and other Project-Based Learning programs in the Waukesha School District for the past few years. This project culminates with schools and teams being able to send their best projects to a regional competition at MSOE. In order to give students a chance to get to know the project, prior to its launch in STEaM and other Project-Based Learning times, we are offering this Future Cities Prep. The experience will be great for incoming students interested in participating in the project or even give students a chance to prep for an MSOE run. We plan on introducing the theme or this year and doing some preliminary research about the topic. Students will leave with ideas that they can implement during STEaM and for other projects at each school.
