Qualifications:
Education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in human resources, or related field including or supplemented by course work in the principles, concepts, and methods relevant to operational employment, plus six years of progressively more responsible experience in operational employment or human resources, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Master's degree may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Can demonstrate knowledge of theories, procedures, practices, materials, methods, and regulations and/or legislation related to operational employment; ability to manage and supervise program activities and personnel; knowledge of school organization, mission, and the requirements for assigned function to accomplish mission; and skill in personnel, financial, and administrative management.
