Job Summary:
FullBloom is seeking a Marketing Director, Digital & Creative to join our team. The successful candidate is an experienced market ing leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment . Th e individual in this position will lead digital as well as online and offline creative strategy and execution. This position is a combination of hands-on and leadership functions . The individual in this role will manage the team responsible for digital marketing including website s , SEO, marketing automation / email campaign execution, and social media . Additionally, this individual will lead the in-house creative team (copy, design, video) ensuring brand integrity in visuals and messaging . This position will report to the VP, Marketing and will support the marketing team's efforts across all division s .

Responsibilities :
  • Generate demand for opportunities through direct outreach , content creation, social, paid and organic search, and other digital marketing tactics
  • Drives creative strategy and l eads the activities of the Creative Services team, executing brand vision across digital and traditional content and collateral
  • Oversee, develop, and manage digital assets including websites, email, social
  • Lead email marketing strategy, including managing customer database, segmentation, lead scoring, and creation and execution of all campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing team to prioritize digital and email marketing initiatives ; own and coordinate digital calendar including website development , email campaigns, and social calendar
  • Lead integration of new marketing automation software (Hub S pot) with CRM (MS Dynamics) in collaboration with Sales Enablement, IT, and ex ternal partners
  • Plan and execute search (SEO) and UX efforts , track progress of results, optimize existing capabilities and develop new opportunities for driving search traffic
  • Develop , monitor, analyze and report on KPIs to evaluate performance of digital marketing efforts and proactively recommend and implement enhancements
  • Track and measure campaign performance, identifying areas for enhancement in deliverability, click-thru, and conversion in collaboration with marketing and sales team
  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of 4+


Qualification s :
  • Bachelor's degree ; concentration in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration or related field
  • 7 + years' experience in Digital and Creative Marketing
  • 2 + years' e xperience leading a team of direct reports
  • SEO/SEM, web design, email automation, digital platforms, and CRM experience required ; Hubspot , Click Dimensions & /or MS Dynamics experience a plus
  • Knowledge of design and creating brand identities through multi-channel marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & WordPress
  • Must possess strong strategic and analytical skills focused on business impact
  • Must have excellent project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Must possess high level of initiative, leadership , and problem-solving skills
