Brightside Academy is hiring Academy Directors for the Pittsburgh region!
Are you a leader in the childcare industry? Are you excited to positively impact the lives of your families and staff? As a highly motivated individual, you will be accountable for an academy that meets the highest state credential requirements, incorporates Brightside Academy’s purpose, organizational goals, values and policies. Your primary focus will be educational student outcomes and the development of positive relationships and on-going collaboration with parents, children, families and the communities we serve. We are also offering a sign on bonus of $1500.00 for this position.

- Bachelor’s degreein Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (child development, special education, or human service field) with 18 ECE credits or AND
- Leadership experience (preferred) AND
- Director Credential (preferred)

Sign on Bonus:
- Teachers with Bachelor's or Masters in ECE $2,000
- Academy Management $2,000
- All other Teachers $1,500
- Custodial/Maintenance $1,000
- School Bus Drivers $750
- FullTime Positions only
- Must accept employment offer between 7/26/2021-8/31/2021
- Must start employment on or before 9/30/2021
- Bonuspaid on first payroll following 90 days of employment.
- Rehires not eligible
