Job Summary

Designs, implements, and supports advanced level application, system, and solution focused data integrations. Develops advanced level design and functional specifications, produces deliverables related to work efforts. Works closely with and supports customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

Essential Functions

1. Establishes and maintains system, data, and business logic through analysis of technical requirementsand assessment of business needs through ongoing direct interaction with vendors, stakeholders, and other related

2. Provides advanced and level support, including configuration and data extraction to vendors, stakeholders, end users, and other personnel with the use and troubleshooting of District systems.

3. Captures and maintains appropriate documentation as indicated by the SDLC

4. Provides proactive analysis to support informed decision making through the monitoring of solution benchmarks and complilation of user feedback.

5. Maintains inventory and maintenance schedule of supported solutios, requirements, URLs, and points of contact.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: Six (6) years of experience in data, system, or business analysis, integrations, and support. Public sector experience preferred. Experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, and technical documentation preferred.

Certifications & Licenses: Relevant analyst certification preferred.
