Join National Heritage Academies (NHA) as a Temporary Parent Marketing Representative. The position will report directly to the Marketing Associate Manager and will be responsible for providing superior customer service and to build relationships with prospective parents and families to secure student applications for NHA schools. This is a part-time 20 hour per week position that is slated to go through mid-September.

Your Role

  • Provide excellent customer service to NHA families via phone, email, and website chat to support enrollment goals for the upcoming school year.
  • Support Marketing Associate team by helping to manage large inbound call volume through answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
  • Assist Marketing Associate team with text and outbound phone call campaigns to gather student applications for schools' enrollment.
  • Monitor schools' website chats by delegating to correct team and assisting with responses to parent questions.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year relevant customer service experience
  • Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills along with active listening
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and Phone System, preferred
