Basalt High School is seeking a part-time Choir Teacher for the 2021-2022 school year and beyond.
The choir teacher is responsible for teaching beginning, and advanced choir. Additional responsibilities include producing a high school spring musical and directing evening concerts for all choir students. Ideal candidates will exhibit high energy and enthusiasm on the job and be able to instill a love for music and the arts to BHS students.
Located just down-valley from Aspen, Basalt is a beautiful mountain community with numerous outdoor and cultural opportunities.
Pay Range $50,000 to $71,895 **Based on education and years of experience
**Annual salary noted above is based on an 8 hour day (FTE 1) and full days worked calendar. Any position that is less than a full FTE/8 hours per day or late start will be prorated accordingly.
