Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a full-time, Equipment Coordinator for the 2021-2022 school year.

Description:
The Equipment Coordinator will support both the Physical Welfare Division and the Athletics Department by developing budgets and maintaining information regarding equipment needs and current inventory amounts. The Coordinator will supply Directors and Coaches with information as needed while assisting Athletic Trainers, PREP program leaders, and other Divisions with all equipment requests when necessary.

Qualifications:
Qualifications are as follows but not limited to:
High School Diploma required
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to work effectively with all members of the Stevenson community
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion
Strong organizational and record keeping skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Ability to effectively utilize appropriate equipment (i.e. copy machine)
Knowledge of computer hardware & software (word processing, spreadsheets, electronic calendars, electronic mail, etc.)
