Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the schools Tree House Program Leader and/or the Family Resource Coordinator.
- Work as part of a team of staff members ensuring the safety and care of children from Grades PK-5Responsible for leading a group of students (ratio: 1:4; 21/2 to 10 depending on age group of students) EEncourage and support students with homework help, planned enrichment and recreational activities including indoor and outdoor play.Assist in implmenting age-appropriate activities and games.Proactively monitor students and redirect students during activitiesEnsure student sign in and sign outAdhere to school and Tree House policies and proceduresCommunicate timely changes in schedule and be responsive to emails, texts, etcAttend training and team meetings as indicated by the program leader and/or family resource coordinatorHave fun and enjoy nurturing kids
Qualifications:
Must be a High School Graduate.
Schedule/Salary:
- $12.00 per/hourly rate, EFF: 9/1/2020Part-time hours are from 7 AM - 8:45AM and/or 3:15 PM - 6 PM M-F.Work is available on all elementary school days, vacation weeks, and snow days
