Overview
The Site Coordinator (SC) will provide support to the Area Manager/Supervisor and Instructors at a multi-site K-8 Summer School Program. The SC will oversee the administrative duties and manage the operations of the program.

Responsibilities
  • Site Coordinators are the everyday face of the Company. Site Coordinators develop strong relationships with the school administration and staff. Maintaining the site's organization and sense of order is essential to this role and program success.
  • Maintains daily record of student and instructor attendance.
  • Contacts parents regardin g student absence.
  • Maintains a written log of all parent contact.
  • Maintains organization of Company cabinets/storage space.
  • Notifies Area Manager/Supervisor of supply needs (Store, materials, etc.) weekly.
  • Maintains record of release forms, emergency contacts and program forms.
  • Maintains program quality through regular teacher and class visits.
  • Enters Student Attendance weekly in the Company's database.
  • Meets with Area Manager/Supervisor weekly (face to face or via phone).
  • Responsible for maintaining school and program emergency procedures (evacuation routes and policies).
  • Substitutes or arranges for substitutes as needed.
Qualifications
INSTRUCTOR SUPPORT:
  • Ensures teachers have all materials needed for classroom support.
SITE MANAGER SUPPORT:
  • Contacts AM/Supervisor in case of emergency
  • Notifies AM/Supervisor of parent and student issues
  • Meets with AM/Supervisor regularly
  • Review Attendance, program needs
SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION:
  • Site Coordinator should build and maintain a professional relationship with office staff and maintenance team.
  • Maintains communication with school administration and notifies AM of concerns and issues to be addressed.
  • Represents the Company in a professional manner.
  • Comply with all pick up/dismissal procedures for the school.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Requires a bachelor's degre e . Computer literacy is required.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Must be certified instructor.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must understand that all children can learn. Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers. Must be flexible. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Must be available to work the summer months.
Must provide their own transportation to travel between sites.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs, and travelling by various commercial means.
