JOB GOAL
Student Recruitment Coordinator will organize and be responsible for marketing of school programs, registration and enrollmen t of new students, re- enrollment and retention of current students and all related events and activities.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four- year college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of professional, teaching, or marketing experience (Preferred)
• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration (Preferred)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand the history, culture, educational model and stakeholders of Harmony ; know all marketing strategies established by Operations Department.
• Implement marketing plans and timeline to drive increased student enrollment with prospective and current parents .
• Organize and attend recruitment events such as open houses, school tours, parent nights, recruitment fairs, etc.
• Manage all local marketing efforts for the school such as distributing flyers, mail out brochures, email newsletters, etc.
• Increase school enrollment and applications.
• Produce enrollment, application, and attendance reports as regular basis for Principal and other administrators.
• Manage engagement efforts with prospective par ents and students, organize home visits.
• Coordinate orientation events and meetings for new students.
• Be a liaison between the new students/parents and other staff and teachers to assist them for faster orientation.
• Coordinate all student retention activit ies for first year students and increase student retention.
• Coordinate registration, enrollment, re- enrollment, and withdrawal processes of all students.
• Maintain the accurate data in the student information system.
• Work in collaboration with ESL/Special E d and GT departments to request newly enrolled student records and send records for withdrawal students
• Maintain the student files in electronic format in student information system.
• Maintain and respect confidentiality of student and school personnel info rmation
• Maintains computerized records including student cumulative folders, progress and failure reports, class rosters, schedule changes, and grade books.
• Processes student records, including requesting transcripts and records from other schools, settin g up cumulative folder, and entering student data into appropriate databases.
• Processes and transmits request for student information, including student transcripts for colleges and universities , and TREX.
• Attend all trainings provided by both District and Central Offices.
• Maintains confidentiality of information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral forms with all levels of management, both internal and external to the distri ct.
• Ability to create and conduct presentations.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the district.
• Ability to organize special programs for assigned campus.
• Ability to use computer including software, database used by the district, spreadsheet and word processing software, calculator, copy machine and telephone.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports
• Ability to use effective interview techniques, effective public speaking skills, and probl em- solving skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
