Lake Forest Elementary School District 67 is seeking an August Summer School Speech and Language Pathologist, with Assistive Technology skills. Please see the attached Summer School schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides individual and group speech-language services for students identified for servicesAssists with progress monitoring focused on language developmentCompletes IEP goal updates for students with goals in ESYInteracts with students in a manner that encourages respectful relationships among students and teachersDemonstrates positive interpersonal relations with staffWorks cooperatively with school personnel to benefit studentsCommunicates effectively with parents to enhance the learning process by responding to or initiating parent contacts in a timely, professional and constructive mannerExecutes Board of Education and building policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech Language Pathologist endorsement
