Plans, directs, and guides the resources and activities that create, develop, implement and assess the school division's diversity recruitment and retention plans; develops data driven recruitment strategies in collaboration with regional leadership teams, with a primary focus on school-based teacher and administrative applicants; collaborates extensively with school-based administrators; develops and presents individualized professional development curriculum and serves as resource for region, school, and departmental staff.

Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a master's degree in educational administration, human resources, or a related field. Six years of progressively more responsible experience related to specialty, some of which may have been in a project management, supervisory or administrative role. Experience in talent acquisition & management within a K-12 environment preferred. Educational license; PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Knowledge of the philosophies, legislation, and practices of public personnel administration. Familiarity and proven track record with recruiting and retention strategies. Demonstrated competency in cultural responsiveness, cultural proficiency, and achieving racial and ethnic equity. Ability to establish, implement, and monitor operational goals and procedures.
