School Nurse- Slade Elementary School

Salary: $45,000 Final salary dependent upon education and experience

Candidates must hold a current State of Wyoming Nursing License as an RN.

Other desired qualifications include: experience as a school nurse; knowledge of special needs students and special education processes (IEPs); effective human relations skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to deal well with students of all ages; effective communication skills; and ability to serve as an advocate for student needs and act as a liaison between the school and various community agencies.

The position will serve as emergency responder for special education/special needs students with special health care needs; work with other students as needed; implement health care plans; and communicate with IEP team members.
