Who We Are: Experienced and innovative Research & Evaluation professionals skilled at evaluation design and implementation. We help clients think through both process and outcome evaluations, and incorporate the use of both qualitative and quantitative data, proactively applying social justice principles in our data collection and reporting. We engage in our work proactively and purposefully, to facilitate learning and to help partners promote equity in their design, implementation, and monitoring.

Location: This position has the option of working remotely. At this time, all remote work must be done within the state of Massachusetts; therefore, we are unable to offer employment to out-of-state residents, unless they relocate to Massachusetts at, or before beginning employment.

- You have experience with and knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods in research and evaluation.
- You are a well organized, detail-oriented person who is able to prioritize multiple complex projects.
- You recognize and value the critical roles of program evaluation in advancing social justice and equity.
Highlights of What You Will Do:
- Support R&E team members as they customize their work to meet the needs of a growing client base.
- Help design and conduct complex inquiry into pressing questions of program quality and development.
- Work closely with skilled evaluators and researchers as they provide consulting services and expertise to schools, coalitions, municipalities, and community-based organizations.
- Learn and gain experience with an array of evaluation and research methods.
