Dean of Academics

The Academy of the Holy Angels, an all-girl independent Catholic college preparatory school located in Demarest, NJ., is seeking applicants for an Academic Dean for the 2021-2022 school year.  Ideal candidates will possess a Master’s degree in Educational Administration/Leadership and have at least three to five years’ experience in school administration and leadership at the secondary/high-school level. NJ Certification in School Supervision is also required. The Academic Dean is appointed by the school President and is a senior a member of the Academy’s administration. Responsibilities include supervision of the offices of Academic and College Counseling and Registrar, School Librarian, Performing Arts programs and Dance Team. The Academic Dean is also responsible for supervision of International Students Program, Middle States planning and accreditation. Assists Principal with faculty recruitment, orientation, supervision and evaluation.
